Washington, D.C.  – Congressman Michael Guest (MS-03) joined Congressman Ben Cline (R-VA) and a group of Republican House Members in a letter to President Biden concerning the cause of delays in federal agency operations during the pandemic. The Members blame the delays on continued telework operations in the Biden Administration, despite available vaccinations, accommodations for those who do not receive the vaccine, and social distancing possibilities within federal offices.

Washington, D.C.  – Congressman Michael Guest (MS-03) cosponsored the Crime Doesn’t Fly Act, introduced in the House by Rep. Nicole Malliotakis (NY-11), which would prohibit the use of civil immigration warrants as identification to pass Transportation Security Administration (TSA) screening checkpoints at airports.

Washington, D.C.  – Today, Congressman Michael Guest (MS-03) joined as an original cosponsor as Congressman Tim Burchett (TN-02) introduced legislation that would increase the sentence of those found guilty of smuggling fentanyl into the United States to life in prison.

Washington, D.C.– Today, Congressman Michael Guest (MS-03) applauded the decision of the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) on its ruling to overturn the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s (OSHA) federal vaccine mandate. Congressman Guest joined a bicameral group of legislators in an amicus brief supporting the arguments to overturn the vaccine mandate.

Jackson case. Wade.
