Congressman Guest Announces Winner of the 2024 Congressional Art Competition

Brandon, Mississippi: Congressman Michael Guest (R-Miss) is proud to announce the winner of the 2024 Congressional Art Competition: Theo Cooper. Theo Cooper is from Jackson, Mississippi, and is a high school senior at Mississippi School of the Arts. His project, entitled Blue Sky Barn, won the 2024 Congressional Art Competition. Congressman Guest is looking forward to seeing Theo’s artwork in the Capitol building in Washington, D.C.

“Theo is a great artist, and I am proud that his work will be displayed at the United States Capitol.” Congressman Guest said.

Congressman Michael Guest represents Mississippi's Third Congressional District. Currently serving his third term, Congressman Guest serves as the Chairman of the Committee on Ethics. He is also a member of the Committee on Appropriations and the Committee on Homeland Security.
